Botanicals and Educational Core
Specific Aims:
To provide authentication including herbarium specimen collection, sampling and storage of samples of all plant products used in the research projects, traditional botanical identification, chemical and genetic taxonomic analyses as required and natural product characterization for each botanical used in the Center's research projects.
To supervise and aid in the production of labeled phenolic compounds for research associated with the center.
To work closely in collaboration and in full support of the research projects and other Core activities.
